Human Futurist & Wild Outcomes
   - UX & Clinical Journey Developer

Enbodie is pioneering the world’s and only first AI-driven, complete preventative healthcare platform - delivering “healthcare democracy” from the skin inwards via inclusive, evidence-based, and privacy-first solutions.

Given the complexity of Enbodie’s platform (multi-agent AI, rppg, dermatology, toxicology, and clinical compliance) and its ambitions across both B2C , B2B and DaaS enterprise, your UX/Frontend/Mobile Developer role must encompass a high standard of clinical accuracy, testing, multiple audience engagement (consumers, private & public clinics, health insurers, enterprises) accessibility, compliance, trust, and user advocacy, as demonstrated by your own experience in clinical trials, data partnerships, and regulatory aspirations (Software As A Medical Device, AI As A Medical Device).

You will be designing digital encounters where AI, safety and clinical science protect and delight users. Turning ground-breaking ideation and research into routines people love and importantly trust. Driven by leading with purpose in our design, inclusion, empathy, and the pursuit of digital health justice, one swipe at a time.

Our culture is:

  • Fearlessly experimental, but always grounded in scientific validation and real-world outcomes.

  • Fast-moving, adaptable, and resilient to change as we build in uncharted territory.

  • Honest, direct, and deeply collaborative - aligning around our mission to bring “healthcare democracy” into reality.

We believe that how we work together shape our thinking, the conversations we encourage, and the curiosity we nurture - it sets us apart.

What You'll Do

  • We are a continuously Fast-evolving, mission-first team who needs someone to  Design & ship clinical-grade UI/UX for web and mobile, setting standards for clarity, emotion, and trust

  • A storyteller through interface - transforming complex science, regulation, and user needs into intuitive, emotionally resonant, and safe digital experiences

  • Energised by AI and clinical science, seeing design as a tool not just for treatment, but for meaningful illness prevention and lead regulatory submissions for SaMD/AIaMD.

  • Conduct and document user testing sessions with customers, health insurers, clinics, non-profit charity bodies, and clinicians.

  • Prototype with Figma/Craft/Framer, testing micro-interactions and feedback with diverse real users

  • Use AI/LLM-powered, adaptive flow (not just “responsive”) to make every journey feel personal, fast, and safe.

  • Document and iterate - letting real feedback from clinicians, patients, and enterprises drive the roadmap

  • Success Looks Like

    • 1.25 Million users onboarded in 12 months ?90% trust and satisfaction

    • TRL (Technical Readiness Level) on track with our CRL (Clinical Readiness Level)

    • Documented clinical and emotional outcomes: measurable improvements in health understanding, behaviour and engagement

    • Top 3 user groups (consumers, clinicians, enterprises) rate the interface in the highest quartile for accessibility and delight

How We Think & Work

We highly encourage our team (and every future person Enbodie'd) to learn from these titles. They reflect not just competencies, but attitudes and virtues we value.

1. Who Moved My Cheese (Spencer Johnson)

Insight: Change is inevitable - your attitude to it makes all the difference.
At Enbodie, our landscape is constantly shifting: regulation, clinical evidence, user needs, and technology all evolve. We value people who spot change early, adapt positively, and guide others through transitions with optimism and energy.

2. The Innovator’s Dilemma (Clayton Christensen)

Insight: Disruption often means challenging the status quo and even risking your own successes. We’re building a platform that’s as much a leap beyond legacy health models as it is a tool for today. We invite team members who think a step ahead, see opportunity in uncertainty, and aren’t afraid to bet on new, validated solutions to persistent problems.

3. Radical Candor (Kim Scott)

Insight: The best teams are built on a foundation of caring personally and challenging directly.
We hold a “no surprises” policy at Enbodie: honest, direct feedback is welcome from anyone, to anyone. We know that candour delivered with empathy drives personal growth, better outcomes, and a culture of mutual trust.

4. The Art of War (Sun Tzu)

Insight: Success in complex environments comes from strategy, not just strength. Healthcare and innovation more broadly, requires more than technical skill; it demands smart positioning, anticipation of obstacles, resourceful problem-solving, and understanding when to compete and when to collaborate. We value those who think strategically and act decisively.

5. Zone to Win (Geoffrey Moore)

Insight: The key to scaling innovation is to find balance between exploring new opportunities (“zones”) and delivering operational excellence. Enbodie’s future relies as much on pioneering new technology (from AI biomarkers to multi-agent diagnosis) as on building scalable systems and robust products. We seek people who thrive both in breakthrough “zone” projects and the dedication required for delivery and scale.
