Expert Platform Developer/Architect to Drive Our Health DaaS Revolution - DaaS API & Data Taxonomy Developer
Enbodie is pioneering the world’s and only first AI-driven, complete preventative healthcare platform - delivering “healthcare democracy” from the skin inwards via inclusive, evidence-based, and privacy-first solutions.
Join us in building a new foundation for enterprise health intelligence. We’re developing a secure, scalable DaaS platform - turning anonymised health data into actionable insights that power ethical reformulation, regulatory excellence, risk mitigation, and innovation for partners worldwide.
We transform raw health and consumer data into actionable predictions, outlier alerts, and scenario planning tools, delivered through a robust, enterprise-grade API. This empowers our partners to predict, prevent, and pioneer - not just respond - to the health, regulatory, and consumer trends shaping tomorrow’s market, starting skin inwards.
Example Enterprise DaaS Use Cases
-
Health Insurers: Detect anomalous claims patterns, model risk adjustments, and verify wellness programme effectiveness.
-
CPG Product Manufacturers: Map ingredient substitutions against adverse event reports, anticipate regulatory impacts, and benchmark reformulation outcomes.
-
Retailers/Brands: Spot early signals of consumer concern or demand, power ethical and diverse product lines, and run “what-if” tests on planned product changes.
-
Healthcare Providers: Identify shifts in community health needs, benchmark against anonymised cohorts, and forecast intervention outcomes.
Our culture is:
-
Fearlessly experimental, but always grounded in scientific validation and real-world outcomes.
-
Fast-moving, adaptable, and resilient to change as we build in uncharted territory.
-
Honest, direct, and deeply collaborative - aligning around our mission to bring “healthcare democracy” into reality.
We believe that how we work together shape our thinking, the conversations we encourage, and the curiosity we nurture - it sets us apart.
What You'll Do
-
Real-time AI analysis and predictive insights, Demographic Taxonomies (gender, Age, Ethnicity, Lifestyle, etc), Biometeric & Phenotypic Data (skin profile, barrier status, eye health, body composition, sleep, guy micro-biome)
-
R&D with AI agents into Product & Ingredient Intelligence, creating Custom dash-boarding and alerting for anomalies/outliers
-
Observational Inputs from self-reported user symptoms, health outcomes, photo/video capture, product usage patterns, clinical & toxilogical signals, unexpected symptoms and user/product clusters, emerging ingredient / health trends & spikes, model driven flags for unknown unknowns.
-
Scenario planning modules for executives and regulators - Risk projection outputs, what if scenarios (e.g. mass recall simulation, regulatory impact and changes), health outcome simulators (likelihood of improvement, deterioration)
-
Secure, scalable developer-friendly API and documentation
-
Multi-layer segmentation for genuine inclusivity
-
Insights for compliance, innovation, and PR/brand defence
-
Privacy by design, completely secure, DDoS prevention policies for our end points
-
Success Looks Like
-
Accessibility compliance for top 3 audiences by Q4.

1.25 Million users adopting it in 12 months.
-
TRL (Technical Readiness Level) on track with our CRL (Clinical Readiness Level)
-
Documented improvement in user journeys based on real clinical/consumer feedback.
-
-
Successful Launch of v1.0 with >90% user trust rating.

How We Think & Work
We highly encourage our team (and every future person Enbodie'd) to learn from these titles. They reflect not just competencies, but attitudes and virtues we value.
1. Who Moved My Cheese (Spencer Johnson)
Insight: Change is inevitable - your attitude to it makes all the difference.
At Enbodie, our landscape is constantly shifting: regulation, clinical evidence, user needs, and technology all evolve. We value people who spot change early, adapt positively, and guide others through transitions with optimism and energy.
2. The Innovator’s Dilemma (Clayton Christensen)
Insight: Disruption often means challenging the status quo and even risking your own successes. We’re building a platform that’s as much a leap beyond legacy health models as it is a tool for today. We invite team members who think a step ahead, see opportunity in uncertainty, and aren’t afraid to bet on new, validated solutions to persistent problems.
3. Radical Candor (Kim Scott)
Insight: The best teams are built on a foundation of caring personally and challenging directly.
We hold a “no surprises” policy at Enbodie: honest, direct feedback is welcome from anyone, to anyone. We know that candour delivered with empathy drives personal growth, better outcomes, and a culture of mutual trust.
4. The Art of War (Sun Tzu)
Insight: Success in complex environments comes from strategy, not just strength. Healthcare and innovation more broadly, requires more than technical skill; it demands smart positioning, anticipation of obstacles, resourceful problem-solving, and understanding when to compete and when to collaborate. We value those who think strategically and act decisively.
5. Zone to Win (Geoffrey Moore)
Insight: The key to scaling innovation is to find balance between exploring new opportunities (“zones”) and delivering operational excellence. Enbodie’s future relies as much on pioneering new technology (from AI biomarkers to multi-agent diagnosis) as on building scalable systems and robust products. We seek people who thrive both in breakthrough “zone” projects and the dedication required for delivery and scale.
