  • Accessibility compliance for top 3 audiences by Q4.

  • Successful Launch of v1.0 with >90% user trust rating.

Must haves

  • Understanding of Machine Learning Fundamentals: Know how models work conceptually—supervised/unsupervised learning, model validation, bias, explainability. You don’t need to code, but you must be able to communicate with and challenge data scientists and ML engineers

  • Experience with Data Pipelines: Familiarity with data collection, cleaning, labeling, and real-world issues like data privacy and integrity that are critical in healthcare

  • Responsible & Ethical AI: Deep awareness of AI bias, fairness, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FDA SaMD/AIaMD compliance)

  • Continuous Learning & Iteration: AI models evolve—success requires tracking model performance and rapidly iterating based on live data and feedback

  • Real Clinical/Consumer Knowledge: Understand actual workflows—how consumers and clinicians interact with technology, pain points in the health journey, and opportunities for meaningful AI intervention.

  • Accessibility & Safety: Commitment to accessibility standards, data privacy, and delivering trust - especially for regulated use cases.

  • Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision that solves real health problems, with a roadmap informed by competitive insight and user need.

  • Go-to-Market and Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams, work with engineering, design, clinical/compliance experts, and ensure effective go-to-market messaging for both consumer and enterprise segments.

  • Analytics Fluency: Make data-driven decisions—proficient with performance metrics (adoption, engagement, efficacy, trust) and able to A/B test, analyse, and communicate results.

  • User-Centric Design: Prioritise multi-audience UX, conduct robust user and clinical validation, and drive adoption through continuous feedback. Empathy and the ability to synthesise feedback into actionable roadmap updates are critical

Nice to haves

  • Hands-on Prototyping Skills: Ability to build data visualisations, rapid prototypes, or demo apps (e.g., with Python, SQL, Figma, Streamlit, or other tooling) to convey ideas quickly.

  • Experience with MLOps or AI Deployment: Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and knowledge of model deployment/monitoring in production.

  • Open Source/Public Contributions: Participation in open-source AI or healthcare projects, or a portfolio/GitHub to showcase relevant work

  • Clinical Background: Medical, nursing, or public health training (formal or informal)—helps with deeply understanding clinician workflows, compliance, and regulatory pathways.

  • Health Data Interoperability: Experience working with EHRs, HL7/FHIR APIs, or large-scale health data integrations for enterprises.

  • Startup/Scale-Up Experience: Exposure to fast-moving or ambiguous environments. Experience navigating the challenges of zero-to-one product launches or pivots.

  • Regulatory Literacy Beyond Basics: Deeper exposure to FDA, MHRA, NHS, or EU MDR submissions for digital or AI health tools.

  • Enterprise SaaS Experience: Familiarity with B2B procurement, security reviews, integration cycles, and supporting big deployments.

  • AI Thought Leadership: Published articles, conference speaking, community leadership, or “AI evangelism” in your field.

  • Network & Collaboration: Strong network among clinicians, data scientists, or enterprise buyers—helps gather feedback and accelerate customer discovery

  • Multilingual or Cross-Cultural Experience: Particularly helpful for designing global products or addressing health equity across diverse populations.

How We Think & Work

We highly encourage our team (and every future person Enbodie'd) to learn from these titles. They reflect not just competencies, but attitudes and virtues we value.

1. Who Moved My Cheese (Spencer Johnson)

Insight: Change is inevitable - your attitude to it makes all the difference.
At Enbodie, our landscape is constantly shifting: regulation, clinical evidence, user needs, and technology all evolve. We value people who spot change early, adapt positively, and guide others through transitions with optimism and energy.

2. The Innovator’s Dilemma (Clayton Christensen)

Insight: Disruption often means challenging the status quo and even risking your own successes. We’re building a platform that’s as much a leap beyond legacy health models as it is a tool for today. We invite team members who think a step ahead, see opportunity in uncertainty, and aren’t afraid to bet on new, validated solutions to persistent problems.

3. Radical Candor (Kim Scott)

Insight: The best teams are built on a foundation of caring personally and challenging directly.
We hold a “no surprises” policy at Enbodie: honest, direct feedback is welcome from anyone, to anyone. We know that candour delivered with empathy drives personal growth, better outcomes, and a culture of mutual trust.

4. The Art of War (Sun Tzu)

Insight: Success in complex environments comes from strategy, not just strength. Healthcare and innovation more broadly, requires more than technical skill; it demands smart positioning, anticipation of obstacles, resourceful problem-solving, and understanding when to compete and when to collaborate. We value those who think strategically and act decisively.

5. Zone to Win (Geoffrey Moore)

Insight: The key to scaling innovation is to find balance between exploring new opportunities (“zones”) and delivering operational excellence. Enbodie’s future relies as much on pioneering new technology (from AI biomarkers to multi-agent diagnosis) as on building scalable systems and robust products. We seek people who thrive both in breakthrough “zone” projects and the dedication required for delivery and scale.
